Welcome to the Linguistics (English Language) Space

Hi all! Welcome to the Linguistics/English Language space!

At school, you know this subject most commonly as 'English Language'. However, most of the things covered in it would fall under the banner of 'Linguistics' at university level. It's a great subject because it leads to some really interesting career paths, such as speech therapy and forensic linguistics.

I made this space so that we can:

• Share tips and advice on getting the best grade in English Language and Literature.
• Have a safe space to vent to people who are in a similar boat to us.
• Share useful documents like essays and fact sheets.
