Report a Safeguarding Concern

This form enables you to make a safeguarding report to Shani's Tutoring.

We take our safeguarding obligations very seriously and review all reports regularly. It is a legal responsibilty for us to ensure that we handle any concerns with the highest level of scrutiny and urgency. So, please ensure that you are being 100% honest when submitting a report to us.

We encourage all members of the Shani's Tutoring community and members of the public to make a report if you have any concerns.

If you are ever in doubt about whether something is worthy of reporting, please make the report. It is always better to be overly cautious with safeguarding than to miss something. Our Designated Safeguarding Lead will use their training to take any further steps.

Please provide us with your details so that we can follow up with you if necessary.

Your details will only be seen by the Designated Safeguarding Lead and their deputy. We will only share your details with authorities if we have a legal or safeguarding obligation to do so.

Please provide us with the details of the safeguarding incident you would like to report. Tell us as much as possible about the student and the concern as you can.

Please note: a student could be a child, young person or adult at risk.

If you are reporting a safeguarding concern about yourself, please put the same details as before.

It is essential that we handle all safeguarding reports in a legally compliant and secure manner. 

To do this, we ask everyone submitting a report to confirm they understand and consent to our legal obligations. This protects you as the reporter, the person at risk, and Shani's Tutoring.
