Lesson records, coursework, assessments, and feedback are retained for up to 6 years after tutoring ends, in line with safeguarding and educational record-keeping requirements. Any safeguarding concerns, reports, or incident notes are retained for as long as required by statutory guidance, which may extend beyond the standard retention periods.

Safeguarding reports, welfare disclosures, and incident notes are securely retained for as long as required by statutory guidance, extending beyond standard retention periods to ensure the safety and protection of minors and vulnerable adults.
