I aim to make sure that all of my users are as happy as they can be with the service I provide. Therefore, I do offer a refund for up to 14 days when you first purchase a membership tier with me. However, this refund is subject to your situation.
If you have abused Shani’s Tutoring in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund. So, to keep your account free from sanctions, please make sure that you follow the Rules and Guidelines whenever you are using this service.
Also, please be aware that your Shani’s Tutoring subscription is for your personal learning purposes only. Do not share your login with any other users. Should I find that you have been sharing the content or login details with any other person (other than your parents), you will be subject to the termination of your account without a refund.
I Would Like a Refund. What Should I do? #
If you are unhappy with my services, I am very sorry and I am happy to refund you within 14 days of your purchase. It is important to me that you feel as though you are gaining value from your Shani’s Tutoring subscription, so I will ask you to give me feedback as to why you have chosen to cancel your membership with me.
However, please bear with me! Shani’s Tutoring is run by a single person. All of the resources, lessons, blog posts and other content is created by the same person: Shani. So, it will take me time to build up the library of educational content. I will try my best to give all students what they need. Please fill in your Learner Information on your profile to help me know what you need the most help with.
If you have purchased a subscription by accident, or purchased the wrong subscription, please contact me directly at email@example.com. I will do my best to help you with your refund. However, please note that my subscriptions are prorated. That means that the site automatically works out the difference and credits your account if you choose to downgrade to a lower membership tier before the next payment cycle.
