Looking at an EssayWritingLab Paid Essay
Hi everyone!
So, I am in the process of writing a blog post on why you should never use essay writing services. That means a lot of research on my part! I’ve been looking for people’s experiences with such services and how good the work ended up being.
Well, I stumbled across a post by a man called Dan Burns. When the post was written, he was a B.A. English Literature student and he hired an essay writer to create a piece of work for him for his degree. Considering how relevant it is to what I do here at Shani’s Tutoring, I thought I would share the work with you and see what you think about it!
The writer of the post has been so kind as to publish the essay he bought on Google Docs so that everyone can see it. I have to say that it’s absolutely atrocious! So, I thought I would turn this into a group marking project where we can all assess the quality of the essay and think about how it can be improved.
Can anyone see any issues with the essay? I recommend having a think about the following things:
- Spelling
- Punctuation
- Grammar
- Tone
- Content
- Sources and Citations
- Argument
There are loads of mistakes, issues and areas for improvement to choose from! Can you see any?
